The Management Board of Well Fitness sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000388795, hereby announces that on 30 June 2026, Well Fitness sp. z o.o. merged with Elford sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000765146. The merger was carried out in accordance with Article 492 § 1(1) of the Commercial Companies Code by transferring all the assets of Elford sp. z o.o. to the acquiring company, i.e. Well Fitness sp. z o.o. Pursuant to Article 494 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, as of the date of registration of the merger, i.e. 30 June 2026, Well Fitness sp. z o.o. automatically succeeded to all the rights and obligations of Elford sp. z o.o., which ceased to exist as a legal entity on that date. Well Fitness sp. z o.o. will continue the business previously carried out by Elford sp. z o.o. to the same extent.
